We normally give out offers of standard products within 2-8 working hours. If there is an application study involved or is a customs requirement we need to go through the supplier design team to make an offer which could take a few days. Generally, Worm Gearboxes, Electric Motors, and Geared Motors are offered on the same day whereas custom Helical Gearboxes may take a day or 2 to offer along with GA drawings.
While we are in process of implementing a customer portal over the next 2 years you can still track your orders by Emailing (sales@santramengineers.com) or Messaging the Sales Engineer or Back office Sales Coordinator for your account who can immediately respond by tracking the status on our CRM.
You can request a sales engineer visit to your plant simply by emailing your preferred date and times to sales@santramengineers.com. Alternatively, you can also call any number on the site and make an appointment.
Yes, we keep tons of inventory and have warehouses in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Morbi. 80% of our products are shipped from our centralized warehouses in Ahmedabad via several transporters and bus travel companies with whom we have yearly rate contracts.
Our warehouses are equipped with state-of-the-art material handling and storage equipment. We have 6 overhead cranes, 2 fully electric stackers, and state of an art racking and storage system throughout all our warehouses to avoid any handling damages which ensures consistency and speed during dispatch.
We deal in 7 states across India: Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh. Our primary warehouses are in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Morbi, allowing us to serve customers across these states with fast dispatch and reliable delivery.
We have our own Premium Care service station catering to Gujarat and Rajasthan regions. We have machinery including 300 Ton Press, 100 Ton press, bearing heater, 20-ton test bed, paint booth, compressors for paint booths, etc. We also have 5 full-time service engineers based out at our Ahmedabad service station.

Dispatch lead time depends on the product and your location. Standard products available in our Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Morbi warehouses are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation. Transit time to your location depends on the transporter route — our back-office coordinator will confirm the expected delivery date at the time of order. For urgent requirements, same-day dispatch from Ahmedabad is possible for in-stock items if the order is confirmed before noon.
Yes. Santram Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a GST-registered company. All sales are invoiced with full GST compliance — the invoice includes our GSTIN, HSN code for the product, and applicable GST rate. If you need a tax invoice in a specific format for your purchase order or ERP system, please let our back-office team know at sales@santramengineers.com.
Premium Transmission products carry a manufacturer warranty as specified in their product documentation. Warranty terms cover manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions and correct installation. As an authorised channel sales partner, Santram Engineers coordinates warranty claims with Premium Transmission on your behalf. There is no minimum order quantity for most standard products. We supply single units to maintenance and purchase engineers as readily as we supply bulk orders to OEMs. Contact us with the product model, quantity, and delivery location and we will confirm availability and pricing.
